| I-Tracker
is a thin client Inventory Management System.
The system is accessed through either a dial up connection and a web
browser or it is connected to an Intranet.
Designed for real time stores control the system uses barcodes or RF tags
to track items. The system also provides the capability to track and view
calibration and service history.
Picking
The system uses a shopping cart system for picking of unique items. Items
which are out on loan and out of calibration or service are not shown
on the pick list. After closing your order you are able to track its progress
through the system.
Reporting
The system provides comprehensive reports on the current location of items
and the items condition, service history and calibration history. The
system is capable of printing or downloading to disk all the required
documentation for dispatch including scans of calibration certificates.
Item Tracking
The system includes a full movement history for each item in the database.
This provides the capability of tracking not only the items last location
but the person who moved it and the time at which it was moved.
Calibration History
Safety is very important. The I-Tracker System allows you to input calibration
data so that a full calibration history of an item is available to the
user. The system will alert maintainers when items are out of calibration
and automatically remove them from the pick list.
